Due to a donation by the Kai Foundation, Paani was able to build the first of its kind Solar Water Center that provides critical infrastructure for over 1,500 residents. Electricity, sanitation, and irrigation are combined to form a one of a kind lifeline.

Solar Water Centers are a vast undertaking for Paani - as each costs roughly $15,000. However, the social impacts on a community are immense. Each center can impact over 4,000 villagers and fundamentally shape the future of its surrounding village. It is the culmination of our vision; sanitation, education, and sustainability combined into one.
