Ramadan For Us

At Paani, we are inspired by the spirit of Ramadan to provide clean water and electricity to rural Pakistan. This is why every year, we launch a Ramadan campaign to raise awareness and funds for our projects.

Thanks to the generous donations of our supporters, we're able to build thousands of wells, distribute thousands of food packages, and provide dedicated disaster and flood relief to those communities most impacted.

In 2026, we delivered our biggest Ramadan ever. In March alone, we built 1,049 wells across Sindh, Punjab, and KP — reaching 91,694 people in a single month. We also supported 840 orphans with Eid gifts and distributed food packs to 1,800 families across Pakistan.

In 2025, we raised $1 million during Ramadan — our eighth consecutive million-dollar campaign. Funds powered wells across Sindh and KPK, solar water centers in Tharparkar, mobile medical camps, and flood relief for displaced families across Pakistan.

In 2024, we raised $1.3 million towards our projects in rural Pakistan. We used these funds to build more solar water centers, as well as provisions for our other active projects. Your generousity and support made a huge difference in helping us contribute to the people that needed it the most.

In 2023, we raised over $1.2 million during Ramadan. With this amount we were able to build more than 15,000 water wells, as well as contribute substantially towards our food package and disaster relief teams. We started building homes and solar water centers for the people of Tharparkar. With this we brought clean water and electricity to thousands of people in need.

In 2022, we raised $1.5 million during Ramadan. With this campaign, our team was able to expand our well construction teams in Pakistan as well as increase our throughout to regions outside of the KPK and Sindh. We were also able to provide valuable relief to those impacted by famine.

In 2021, we raised $900,000 during Ramadan. In addition to constructing thousands of wells, we used these funds to expand our active projects in health, disaster, and flood relief. This included our Feminine Hygeine program in addition to several others.
