Built 384 water sources across 7 Sindh districts, reaching 29,580 people:
298 handpump wells (17,880 people). Standard installation where groundwater is accessible, 60 people per well.
85 deep wells (10,200 people). Drilled deeper where the water table sits lower, 120 people per well.
1 solar water center (1,500 people). Solar-powered pumping, no ongoing electricity cost.
Clean water within reach of homes that had none. Girls who once collected water are back in school.
Medical camp
Treated 256 patients with free checkups, medicines, and basic health education in areas far from clinics.
Aisha Academy education support
90 students in District Nowshera (KP) received tuition-free education — books, uniforms, and support for low-income families.
